It is also explained that the impressive management of diversity in the workplace may not be easy, but it can offspring to a series of benefits for the organization, such as the improvement of cooperation and communication and the increase of employee morale and employee performance (Mazur 2010, p.14). The specific study could be possibly supported with empirical evidence, where available. The use of the case study, as a rooster for supporting the research needs of the study, has limited the potential gaps of the lack of empirical evidence.
